address_zip		ZIP code of the leased property location.
lease_record_type		Type or classification of the lease record.
lease_description		Description of the lease agreement or property use.
lease_status		Current status of the lease agreement.
lease_location_name		Name assigned to the leased property location.
nonprofit_lessee		Indicates whether the lessee is a nonprofit organization.
date_effective		Date when the lease agreement becomes effective.
date_sched_termination		Scheduled date when the lease agreement ends.
rent_code		Code identifying the applicable rent category or structure.
cost_line_amt_USD		Rent amount recorded in US dollars, which could show blank or 0 for accounts where rent is based on a percentage of revenue.
