Approvals for permits, maps, agreements, and other applications processed by Development Services Department legacy permitting system. The legacy system contains applications submitted in paper or through a hybrid process. Approval types began migrating to the current cloud-based system in 2018. Data from the current system can be found in this dataset.

A permit is required for projects such as new construction, additions, remodeling, or repairs to electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems. A full list of the available record types is available within the metadata.
