field	Description	Possible_values
development_id	A unique number - A collection of one or more projects that accomplish the processing of a customer ’s project. The schedule and budget of a development are more unstructured than a project. Schedule and budget of a development is a read-only rollup of underlying project schedules and budgets. A development is intended to represent either the customer’s project or related projects.
project_id	A unique number assigned to a project for tracking and processing purposes. The project is reviewed as a single entity. It represents a pass from inception to decision and inspection to entitlement. A project is a manageable scope of work for which we can create a schedule and budget. A project belongs to one development and contains one or more approvals.
