seg_id	Unique identifier for a street segment in the City's pavement management program
pci	The street segment's Pavement Condition Index score	0-100, or blank
pci_description	The category of the street segment's PCI score. Categories include: Good (PCI 100 - 85), Satisfactory (PCI 84-70), Fair (PCI 69-55), Poor (PCI 54-40), Very Poor (PCI 39-25), Serious (PCI 24-10), Failed (PCI < 10).	Failed, Fair, Good, Poor, Satisfactory, Serious, Very Poor, or blank
