fund_type	Groups funds by general purpose
fund_number	Uniquely identifies the fund. Capital funds are preceded by the letter C in the data.
asset_owning_dept	Indicates the City department that owns the project asset
project_name	Indicates the specific purpose of a project
project_number	Uniquely identifies a Capital Improvement Project. The letter denotes the type of project, and the first two numbers represent the fiscal year the project began.
account	Describes the smallest subset of an account group, typically defined by a specific function, service, or item
account_number	Uniquely identifies an expense or revenue account. Revenue accounts begin with a 4 while expense accounts begin with a 5.
