The Office of the City Treasurer is responsible for the receipt and custody of all City revenue, banking, tax administration, parking administration and meter operations, and collection of delinquent accounts, including the accounting and reconciliation of these funds. The City Treasurer is also responsible for the investment of all operating and capital improvement funds which total $2.4 billion as of June 30, 2015.
